We experienced a problem with the air conditioning system. Old air conditioners that constantly break down. The air conditioning system is not disinfected (there is a very unpleasant musty smell).

There is a rather rough section of the road to the hotel. But all the advantages of this hotel outweigh this inconvenience.

I really liked the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and varied; you can make freshly squeezed juice from any fruits and vegetables you like, which are in a basket next to the juicer. Incredibly delicious croissants, other pastries are also excellent. The staff is young and nice, very attentive, trying to help with everything. The room was cleaned very carefully and unobtrusively; we never encountered the maid. Every evening they brought additional fresh towels. On my birthday, there was a surprise in the room: a bottle of prosecco in a bucket of ice and the most delicate and delicious dessert with candles. It was nice. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant. The hotel itself is located in a forest with coniferous and other trees, rosemary bushes and so on... - the air is extraordinary, the smell of pine needles warmed by the sun and the sea breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

It seemed that there weren’t enough sun loungers by the pool, but most people prefer to relax by the sea. It's not that scary. By number: they leave wine in the minibar, which opens with a corkscrew, but there are no corkscrews themselves. For example, going to the bar after dinner and asking to open the wine is not comfortable in a 5* hotel. "Spoons" for shoes would be great, but they are not there. It seemed that there was confusion in the actions of the junior waiters at dinner. They don’t always know where to run and what to grab onto, but at the same time they act very quickly and also correct their mistakes quickly.) There are rattan chairs on the balcony, but there are not enough pillows or bedding for a comfortable stay on them.

Interesting place. It is not at all clear why the west of the island is so unpopular among tourists. At this hotel large number advantages that make a holiday here worthwhile. Amazing beach line - warm sand, beautiful sea, emptiness and privacy, since there are no other hotels nearby, but only wild beaches. Clean and comfortable. The hotel itself consists of the main building and detached two-story villas (I think there are 22 of them). The room in the main building was located so that when the heat was 38 degrees, the room itself, with the air conditioner turned off, was comfortable and, to a reasonable extent, cool. The bed, the bathroom - everything is very elegant and comfortable. There is a TV with a Russian channel. A shuttle departs from the pool to the sea once every 10 minutes. It takes a minute to drive, you can walk there in probably 7-8 minutes, moving slowly. Regarding food: since the nearest city is 5 kilometers away, you can only eat at the hotel. Option 2: the main restaurant and bar on the beach (there is an amazing view of the sea and sunset in the evening from the second floor, I highly recommend it). Prices in the restaurant and bar are reasonable compared to analogues, for example, in Porto Cervo. The crowd is very nice and friendly. There are many vacationers with children. It is clear that many people come to this hotel not for the first time. Again, in the evenings they organize entertainment by the pool. In my humble opinion, the hotel fully justifies its 5* rating. We were satisfied. Upon departure we were given a voucher for our next visit to the hotel. This sign of attention from the hotel is very nice.

I didn’t like the sea temperature, the beginning of June was a little early...:) but I still have one wish, being in Italy, I would like more dishes truly Italian cuisine, such as pasta (pasta), pizza, panna cotta, etc., there was just not enough, from time to time...... and so - super! Keep it up!!!

A very unusual and unusual location of the hotel. Beautiful, clean air. Super infrastructure. Service at the highest level. I especially want to mention the bartender at the Martino pool, and the guys from the bar near the beach! Ignorance of the language is not a problem when you communicate with real professionals and people who love their work!!! We spent an unforgettable week, we really want to come back! Thank you very much everyone!!!

The food supply is very strange. The breakfasts are not bad, but considering that not a single dish has changed in 2 weeks, they do not correspond to a 5 star hotel. The children's buffet in the evening costs 20 euros and only serves pasta every day. The service is uneven, there are wonderful waiters, tactful and friendly, and there are those who seem to deliberately ignore requests. Terrible linen and towels: there were brown stains on the bed. The towels had black stains, and the bathrobes were also stained. The staff gave out new linen three times - not a single absolutely clean towel! We were even moved to another room, but even there everything was far from ideal. We heard similar complaints about towels from other guests. No SPA. The prices are very high, the massage is 90 euros and quite average. The hammam did not make the right impression. There is not much to do without a car - the area is not very landscaped, there are nearby camping areas, and they are paid. Internet is very bad. Wi-Fi is unstable and speed is low. I had to use the phone. The hotel clearly does not deserve 5 stars. Price/Quality is not up to standard.

Delicious breakfasts, spacious rooms. Very helpful reception staff - special thanks to employee Elena, who helped us rent a car. They congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a bottle of wine with fruit - very nice. We liked the dinners at the restaurant, although the food in other cities was better.

Renovate the rooms. The room seems large, but uncomfortable. The furniture is cheap and uncomfortable, the beds are bad. Pillows that are impossible to sleep on. Bed linen and towels, bathrobes are of poor quality and very worn. Very uncomfortable. The best thing about our room was the stunning terrace surrounded by rosemary bushes. But this is in a room that we knocked out (one might say) from the hotel managers. The number offered was unacceptable.

The hotel does not correspond to five stars and it seems that it never has. But what horrified me is bad for any hotel. Namely, mold, dampness and nasty odors in the room. The room is spacious, but the furniture is haphazardly chosen and cheap, so everything is somehow worn out, spoiled and makes you feel grumpy from the first step. The cabinets are uncomfortable, the dust and sand from previous guests have not been removed from the shelves. Near the bed there is a kitchen cabinet, but not equipped and empty, two glasses for wine and two disposable cups, which we tried in vain to use as stands for toothbrushes. The mattress on the bed is noticeably smaller in size than the bed itself. Two unfortunate pillows... The hotel promises bathrobes and slippers! Robes - ok. Slippers are rubber “flip-flops” with a terrible smell of cheap rubber! - bad form! Well, if we fly to the sea, shouldn’t we take beach shoes with us? - we’ll always take it, but in the room it’s very important to sink into brand new soft slippers after a shower or when sliding out of bed. It's a pitiful sight, it has a small garden-terrace, the walls are corroded by fungus, dry grass, unkempt... The hotel is located in a nature reserve, forest around, incredible beauty, but the paths to the beach and the electric carts for the golf courses that the staff uses need to be constantly cleaned and updated , which they are clearly saving on! They changed our room to a room of a higher category in the main building, explaining that due to the fact that the houses in the forest are difficult to look after: (I can list up to 10 hotels with houses that I myself have visited, with a high level in everything.

The hotel is located in the forest, wide sandy beach. Everything is buried in fragrant and bright greenery. The beach restaurant offers incredible views of the horizon, but questionable service and freshness of food (on the menu, dishes that are not fresh are indicated with an “*” and this is about 80% of the menu... so it’s better to ask what fish is fresh and just order it grilled).
