Tiramisu is ready. Bon appetit

Ingredients:

  • savoiardi cookies - 400 gr. eggs - 6 pcs. sugar - 120 gr. mascarpone cheese - 500 gr. liqueur dessert wine Marsala - 25 ml (optional) cold espresso for soaking cookies - about 400 ml cocoa for sprinkling

Preparation: 1. Prepare two espressos, add sugar to taste, pour into a bowl, dilute them cold water until you get 400 ml and leave to cool. I buy ready-made cold espresso at a nearby cafe; it takes me about 2 glasses of cold coffee (400 ml). 2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with half the sugar (60 g) for 5 minutes until a fluffy light-colored mass is obtained. 3. Add mascarpone cheese to the bowl with the yolks and mix carefully wooden spoon from bottom to top so that the cream does not fall off. Lightly mix everything in the mixer, just a few turns to combine the cheese with the yolks. 4. Add wine and mix again with a spoon. 5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to soft peaks and gradually add sugar. We continue to beat the whites until a stable, fluffy meringue is obtained and carefully fold them into the cheese and egg mass with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula using upward movements. 6. Wet the savoiardi by dipping each cookie in the coffee for just a second and lay them out in a row in a large rectangular shape. Place a layer of cream on top, leveling it with a spatula and spreading it over the entire surface of the cookies. Then place another layer of cookies and another layer of cream across it, and so on until all the ingredients are gone. The top layer should be CREAM. 7. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa, cover with foil (just so that it does not touch the surface of the tiramisu) and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. You need to let the cookies soak and the cream to thicken. The number of layers will depend on the size of your mold. My mold is 30x20cm, it holds 2 layers. Sometimes, in order to save money, whipped cream (50/50) is added to the tiramisu cream, but this will no longer be real tiramisu. Remember that classic tiramisu is prepared only with mascarpone cheese and don’t be fooled.

You can also prepare portioned tiramisu by arranging the ingredients in the same order in beautiful glasses.

If you judge, then such a real Tiramisu will hit the wallet of the average person. And also, I cook an incredibly delicious dessert a la Tiramisu. I found it a long time ago on the Internet, so if anyone sees its authorship,

Tiramisu on Dr. bread Corner

1) Brew fairly strong coffee and let it cool

2) Take soft cottage cheese (about 180g), beat it with sweetener (Fitparad, stevia) and 50 ml of milk.

3) Break the bread into small pieces and dip it in cooled coffee, place it on the bottom of the bowl. On top is a layer of curd cream. Alternate layers, sprinkle cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top (or both)

You can add cinnamon, fruits, nuts to the layer - whatever your heart desires - this dessert is incomparable

Also, as a snack, I like to spread a mixture of cottage cheese and herbs, avocado paste, and so on on unsweetened bread))

Disadvantages: you can get carried away and easily eat a whole pack of Kalinamalina

My cottage cheese alternative famous recipe dessert tiramisu. IN original recipe For dessert, savoiardi cookies are used, but since we are preparing low-calorie tiramisu, I suggest baking a bran crust, which will serve as the basis for the treat. I replaced mascarpone cheese, which has a very high fat content, with 5% cottage cheese, which I mixed with milk until creamy. In total I got 4 pieces of dessert. One serving (200g) contains 300 kcal. Tiramisu dietary recipe Ingredients: For the “cookies”: 2 eggs 100g bran (wheat or oat) 1 tbsp. cocoa sweetener pinch of salt 300ml strong coffee (for soaking)

For the cream: Preparation: 1. So, you need to beat 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt into a foam. Mix the yolks with bran. Add the protein mass to the bran, add cocoa, sweetener and vanillin. It is thanks to bran that the dough turns out soft and fluffy. Bake in a pan with baking paper for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.

2. While the cake is cooking, you can brew 300 ml of coffee (~2 cups). 3. To prepare tiramisu cream, you need to mix cottage cheese with milk, sweetener and vanillin. 4. When the cake has cooled, you need to cut it into rectangles (or squares, whichever is convenient for you to place in the molds).
5. Pour coffee into a bowl, soak the “cookies” in coffee and place them in saucers in one layer. Place 2 tbsp on top. curd cream. Then another layer using the same principle. Sprinkle cocoa on top (through a tea strainer), put it in the refrigerator to soak for at least an hour (but, of course, I devoured the first thing as soon as I finished the photo shoot of desserts).

I hope you enjoyed this low calorie tiramisu recipe. On my own behalf, I would also like to add that it is better to eat the dessert chilled; you can add fruits or nuts to taste, cream, etc., if you are not afraid to increase the calorie content. Bon appetit everyone!

Bon appetit!

Sweets and desserts on New Year's table there must be! And Katya and I have something for you great recipe dessert pp - Tiramisu. Yes, yes, a dietary option. At first I was skeptical about it, but when I tried the ready-made version, I was very surprised. It was love at first spoon. And it turned out so beautiful!

Kate(trainer, nutritionist):

Desserts can be low-calorie and still taste good. PP tiramisu contains the main component - protein in the form of cottage cheese, which slows down the rapid release of sugar into the blood (which often leads to an increase in excess weight, and if abused diabetes mellitus and other unpleasant diseases). We use bananas as a natural sweetener and source of potassium. Dark chocolate is a source of healthy fats and magnesium. The benefits of bread can be disputed. However, for a quick option they are quite suitable. If you are for absolute unprecedented benefits, I recommend making the cake yourself from eggs and bran, although this may not have a positive effect on the taste. But you can try!

For 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 sweet breads (we used Dr Korner)
  • 200 g cottage cheese 5%
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 20-30 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50-100 ml strong coffee
  • a few frozen blueberries or cranberries

Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree with a fork. Add cottage cheese to the bowl with banana puree and mix well.

Place 1/4 of the curd mass on the bottom of glasses or bowls.

Dip the bread into a bowl of coffee (if the diameter of the bread does not fit into your bowl, then break it into small pieces). Not for long, don't let them get wet.

Carefully place the loaves of bread (one per serving) in the bowls, slightly pressing them against the bottom curd layer.

Place the remaining 1/4 of the banana curd mixture on top and smooth out.

Lightly sprinkle with cocoa, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator. This dessert needs to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour, maybe longer. Those. you can easily prepare the dessert a few hours before serving.

Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu with a little more cocoa, preferably through a small sieve or tea strainer.

Place berries and pieces of chocolate on the surface of the dessert, which can be roughly chopped to create sharp pieces.

This interesting version of tiramisu is not only very tasty, but also incredibly tender. And how could it be otherwise, if in one dessert there is bitter cocoa and chocolate, crispy bread, the most delicate cottage cheese with banana puree, and a light note of coffee. In my opinion, this is a great end to the festive New Year's feast. In addition to its usefulness, this dessert is also very light, which means you will not suffer from heaviness in your stomach.

Bon appetit!
