People's and local deputies attended the celebration. Mikhail Gavrilyuk, as befits a Cossack, was dressed in an embroidered shirt and trousers.

The newlyweds met on Maidan during the Revolution of Dignity. “I like to call her “schoolgirl.” She’s nervous about this,” jokes the deputy.

Gavrilyuk also spoke about his previous family.

“12 years ago I was married. I had a family, a wife, and we had a son. But such a situation developed in our country that I had to go to work. And I wasn't always at home. I once went to work in Russia. I had to earn money somewhere to feed my family. And as a final result, earnings led to divorce and family breakup. Why this happened, I would not like to say. I only blame myself for all my troubles. I communicate with my son and help him.”

Cossack zvityaga

Mikhail Gavrilyuk has public organization with an office on Lipki, in the central and prestigious district of Kyiv. Renting such premises for the people's deputy is not cheap - 8 times more than he earns.

About the elite square meters in an old house on the street. Lipskaya 16, the people's deputy's wife let it slip when she was justifying why she and her husband invited journalists to a press conference about the wedding in a luxurious mansion in the government quarter with marble floors and gold monograms. “We didn’t rent a pretentious hall... This building houses the office of the Cossack Zvityaga, Mikhail’s organization. And we were allowed to gather everyone here,” Khemiy wrote on her page on the social network.

Ratings

Between insanity. I understand that the Cossack Gavrilyuk is already historical. I played with him more than once. Unfortunately, I must say, the level of intelligence in today’s world is very low. I would have blurted out tactfully, as if politicians weren’t speculating on his well-promoted face.

You will soon be making comments as a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, and destroying the image that has gone down in history. And here I am making a specific complaint to the “Popular Front”. What kind of encore? Haven't you spent a healthy amount of money in your greed for power? You can understand the legacy of such experiments. What do you say, master? - Bogdana Babich

Mikhail Vitalievich Gavrilyuk (Ukrainian: Mikhailo Vitaliyovich Gavrilyuk). Better known as Cossack Gavrilyuk. Born on August 15, 1979 in Yarovka, Chernivtsi region. Ukrainian Euromaidan activist. Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation.

Mikhail Gavrilyuk, who became widely known as Kazak Gavrilyuk, was born on August 15, 1979 in the village of Yarovka, Chernivtsi region.

From the age of 10 he studied at a boarding school. After the 8th grade I studied at a vocational school. Then he served in Ukrainian army. After demobilization, he returned to his native village, where he was engaged in farming.

Until 2008, I traveled to Russia many times to work.

Since 2008, he lived in his village of Yarovka, engaged in farming, and worked part-time at the same time.

He owes his exotic appearance, namely that of a Cossack Oseledets, to his former common-law wife Oksana, whom he met when he was in Russia to work. Oksana herself told reporters about this: “I cut Misha’s hair myself with a clipper, and somehow I left my hair. When I start to be jealous of him, I can threaten to tear out this hair.” It was with this Oseledian that Gavrilyuk arrived at the Euromaidan.

Was in the Fourth Hundred of the so-called. "Maidan Self-Defense".

He became widely known after soldiers of the special unit of the Ukrainian internal troops stripped Mikhail Gavrilyuk naked and forced him to pose with a Hutsul hatchet. At the same time, video and photography was carried out, which later became available to the public. Later it became known that the platoon commander of the Kharkov Berkut was filming naked Gavrilyuk on his phone.

The then-current head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vitaly Zakharchenko, offered an official apology to Mikhail Gavrilyuk about this.

In connection with the abuse of Mikhail Gavrilyuk, the Kyiv prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings under Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official authority).

At the same time, former police officers who participated in the Euromaidan cordon stated that they had reason to hate Gavrilyuk. Thus, the former head of the department for work with personnel of the internal troops of Ukraine, Yevgeny Rudenko, also known by the informal name “Colonel Berkut,” noted in one of his interviews: “A certain Cossack Gavrilyuk - remember that naked comrade with an ice ax in his hand, who was allegedly mocked law enforcement? There are not enough fingers on both hands to count how many of our guys he set on fire while throwing Molotov cocktails. We figured out this Gavrilyuk for several days before we detained him. Scumbag, of which there are few. They made him a hero. What kind of Cossack is he? He stopped being a Cossack after he set fire to the first soldier, the son of Ukraine, who was fulfilling his military duty.”

In May 2014, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv sentenced the police officers who undressed Gavrilyuk. The accused fully admitted their guilt. Gavrilyuk forgave his offenders and did not insist on imposing severe punishment on them. As a result, one of the defendants was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with a probationary period of one year, the other - to two years of restriction of freedom with a similar probationary period.

At the same time, the head of the sports team of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Colonel Alexey Polyakov, was sentenced to 2.2 years in prison with a probationary period of one year, and another lieutenant colonel of the internal troops was released from liability due to a change in the situation.

He first participated in the ATO as a volunteer. Later he announced the creation of the Cossack battalion of National Guard volunteers, and then joined the Golden Gate special police patrol battalion.

During early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the fall of 2014, he became a deputy from the Popular Front party.

In the Verkhovna Rada he was repeatedly distinguished by extravagant statements. For example, he stated that he completely disagrees with the state budget of Ukraine. When they asked him again how he voted if he didn’t agree, the Cossack replied: “He took it and pressed the green button.”

Or: “When the budget was adopted, I know that some deputies were given half a million dollars. They didn’t even come up to me: they know that I’m a fool, and I’ll vote anyway,” .

In the Verkhovna Rada he advocated the legalization of prostitution: “And all the funds that come in, it is better that they replenish the state treasury, and not someone’s personal wallets. I think that money from prostitution can raise the budget.”

Mikhail Gavrilyuk

Personal life of Mikhail Gavrilyuk:

He was married twice, not counting civil relationships.

From his first marriage he has a teenage son. At the beginning of 2014, he talked about his first marriage: “I was married 12 years ago. He had a family, a wife, and we had a son. But such a situation has developed in our country, I had to go to earn money. And I wasn't always at home. I once went to work in Russia, I had to earn money somewhere to feed my family. And as a final result, earnings led to divorce and family breakup. Why this happened, I would not like to say. I only blame myself for all my troubles. I communicate with my son and help him.”

Then he had a common-law wife, Oksana, from the village of Yarovka, Khotyn district, whom he met while working in Russia. I was going to return to her from the Maidan, but I met someone else.

Facebook captured the “hero of the Maidan”, Cossack Gavrilyuk, who became famous throughout Ukraine, on vacation - on the seas of Bulgaria. On whom did you throw the “revolution of hypocrisy”, Cossacks?

The “hero” of the Kyiv Maidan, Cossack Mikhailo Gavrilyuk, shaved off his chupryna (or oseledets, as they say in Ukraine, that is, his forelock) and went on vacation with his young wife. Apparently, he entrusted the “Maidan” fighting brothers to complete the “revolution of hydity”, and his previous wives to raise their children.

The Cossack Gavrilyuk’s vacation in Bulgaria, in the city of Sozopol, was told about the photos and comments of his new young wife Yaryna (apparently nee Irina) Khemiy on the social network Facebook. She is very glad that Gavrilyuk “saw the civilized world for the first time in his life.”

The loss of the Cossack Gavrilyuk and his fellow Maidan activists did not remain indifferent to the loss of the “Oseledets”:

“This is a true Cossack. Kozak Gavrilyuk. On the seas. Behind the cordon. Standing for the Maidan! I'm telling the truth. Glory to Ukraine!”(“This is a real Cossack. Cossack Gavrilyuk. On the seas. Abroad. Maidan stood for this! I’m telling the truth. Glory to Ukraine!”)

The hero of the Maidan, Mikhailo Gavrilyuk, became famous primarily thanks to the Berkut fighters: everyone who followed the events on the Kiev Maidan in the winter of 2013-2014 remembered the shocking video that captured the naked Cossack Gavrilyuk on Grushevsky Street - in the cold with a Hutsul hatchet.

In May 2014, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv tried the policemen who made fun of the Cossack and sentenced them to two to three years with a probationary period of one year. Such a lenient court decision was explained by the fact that the accused admitted their guilt “completely and unconditionally.” And Gavrilyuk himself forgave his offenders and did not insist on severe punishment for them.

Much water has passed under the bridge since then: the Cossack Gavrilyuk was also seen in the Donbass in"ATO", and in Kozatsky volunteer battalion of the National Guard, and in the battalion of the special purpose police patrol service...

Apparently, he did not forget about his television fame, and therefore, in his characteristic masochistic manner, he embroidered on his body a pattern of Ukrainian embroidery close to his body (forgive the tautology)...

At home, in the village of Yarovka, Chernivtsi region, Mikhailo has not appeared for a long time.

“Thay in nygo zhrevolyutsiya ponad use!” – fellow villagers say, shrugging their shoulders.

Apparently, this is why Mikhailo forgot that in his native Yarovka he had a child born and growing up...

This year, 36-year-old Gavrilyuk married 22-year-old Kyiv university student Yaryna Khemiy from Kolomyia. With her he drove off to the seas.

And while “Pan Maidannik” is resting in the Bulgarian region, his second, common-law wife is raising a son - the Cossack Gavrilyuk is growing up a worthy replacement!

Maybe your son will also become a “Maidanist”? After all, a new Maidan in Ukraine is just around the corner...
