For 2-3 servings of salad you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado, peel and remove the pit;
  • 1 can of canned corn;
  • 200-300 gr. Iceberg lettuce (this is 1/2 a small head) or any other;
  • 6-7 radishes, cut into circles;
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice;
  • Advice! For meat lovers, you can add pieces of grilled or oven-baked chicken breast to the salad.

    Radish salad with Chinese cabbage

    An excellent refreshing salad for those who like to eat delicious food but watch their figure. Prepare 4-6 servings:

    • 300 grams of Beijing cabbage;
    • 2 oranges, peeled;
    • 8-10 radishes, washed and cut into quarters;
    • 2 tbsp. orange juice;
    • 4 tbsp sunflower oil;
    • salt, pepper to your taste.

    Preparation:

    1. Cut Chinese cabbage into thin bars. Place in a salad bowl and add radishes.

    2. Divide the orange into slices and remove the white peel from the slices. Or you can not divide the orange into slices, but carefully cut out the slices with a knife. Place them in a salad bowl and gently mix the salad.

    Radish and green pea salad

    • 15-20 small radishes;
    • 300-400 gr. lettuce leaves (Iceberg, Lettuce or any other);
    • 5-7 small arrows of green onions;
    • 4 tbsp fresh or frozen green peas;
    • 2 tbsp. sour cream;
    • mint, dill or parsley for decoration.

    Preparation:

    1. Wash the radishes and cut into quarters, tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands, chop the green onions.

    2. Place everything in a salad bowl. Peas, if they are frozen, need to be boiled, cooled and added to the salad.

    3. Season the salad with sour cream, salt to your taste and garnish with herbs! Radish and green pea salad is ready!
