Israel's climate is ideal for year-round recreation, so it is difficult to single out just one high season. Tourists come here for different purposes: some to improve their health, others to swim in the four seas (Mediterranean, Red, Galilee and Dead), and others to get acquainted with the history and religion of the country. Each month of the year is suitable for a different type of holiday. Most tourists

Probably everyone has heard about the sights of Israel. The famous Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Yad Vashem are shrines for thousands of people around the world, so there are always many pilgrims in Israel. The most popular type of excursion in Israel is pilgrimage trips, but in addition to the shrines, there is something to see in Israel. The Dead Sea is perhaps the most unusual natural

Despite Israel's popularity among tourists, there are few hotels here. Most of them are small, with a compact territory. The most comfortable hotels in Israel are located in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem - cities that are popular among businessmen and diplomats. Dead Sea hotels are distinguished by increased attention to the health and comfort of tourists. Needless to say, I myself

In addition to its cultural and religious heritage, Israel is famous for its magnificent beaches. In a country with four seas it simply cannot be otherwise! The Mediterranean coast in western Israel stretches for as much as 200 km, so most of the popular beaches are located here. What else to see in Israel

The promised land, the birthplace of three religions - the historical value of this region is difficult to overestimate. Colorful multilingual streets, and sacred objects and places of world religions make thousands of tourists flock to hot Israel. And the proximity of natural monuments - the Dead Sea, the Negev Desert, the Judean Mountains and a number of seaside resorts - helps to cope with fatigue after excursions.

Jerusalem

Ancient Jerusalem leaves an indelible impression: it unites monuments of different cultures, times and religions in one place, and impressionable travelers feel closer to God here. In Jerusalem there is one of the most important shrines of Christians - the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, destroyed and rebuilt many times. The site of the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Christ attracts millions of pilgrims from all over the world every year. The famous Via Dolorosa leads here, along which Jesus walked on his last journey - to Golgotha.

Perhaps the main wealth of the Jews is the Western Wall, which has absorbed the prayers of the Jewish people since ancient times. In the crevices between the stones, pilgrims place notes with wishes that must certainly come true. Now everyone is allowed to visit the Western Wall, regardless of their religious beliefs.

A stunning view of this ancient city opens from the top of the Mount of Olives: the domes of mosques and churches, the Kidron Valley and the majestic walls of the Old City appear before your eyes.

History of the 20th century left her mark here: in Jerusalem there is an extensive memorial dedicated to the victims of the Holocaust, Yad Vashem. It consists of several objects: the Museum of the Disaster, the Hall of Memory, Janusz Korczak Square, and monuments to soldiers who fought against fascism.

The modern breath of Israel is concentrated in its “secular capital” - Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv

The modern breath of Israel is felt in its “secular capital” - Tel Aviv. In 1909, a Jewish quarter was founded in ancient Jaffa, which over time has grown and turned into a beautiful city where life pulsates both day and night. This is one of the most big cities Israel and its business center: this is where the offices of the country's largest firms and banks, foreign embassies and residences of international corporations are concentrated.

Tel Aviv is a city of cafes and restaurants, nightclubs and prestigious hotels, picturesque beaches and colored doors, on the coast of which expensive yachts sparkle with whiteness. Now Jaffa, once an important Mediterranean port, has become a district of Tel Aviv. This is a historical monument and cultural center, shrouded in legends and memories, winding through ancient streets and binding the souls of people to itself.

Haifa

Haifa is another city by the sea, the industrial and scientific center of the country. Here rises the famous Mount Carmel, on the slopes of which one of the largest nature reserves in the country stretches. The famous Baha'i stepped gardens are also located here. Haifa has many museums, including the Museum of Art, the National Maritime Museum, and the huge excavation site of Tel Shikmona, the site where ancient Jewish settlements were discovered.

Akko

To the north of Haifa lies the ancient city of Acre. The Fortress of Acre, the Hospitaller Monastery and the Al-Jazzar Mosque date back to the times of the Crusaders and are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
