Investigative Committee became interested in the circumstances of the friendship between 45-year-old Vladimir Epifantsev and a 14-year-old schoolgirl from Dagestan, Life.ru reports. The famous actor is suspected of pedophilia.

Some time ago it became known that 14-year-old schoolgirl Patimat fled from the Dagestan city of Kaspiysk to Moscow to Vladimir Epifantsev. The actor himself admitted that he had been friends with the girl for two years, helping her to develop creatively.

As a result, law enforcement officers found the girl in Epifantsev’s creative workshop. The police took the schoolgirl they found and informed her parents that they could already take Patimat home. At the same time, Epifantsev himself refused to testify.
The Investigative Committee is currently interested in what happened, suspecting famous artist in pedophilia. As noted, now this department will deal with the scandalous story.

“First of all, because the issue concerns a minor. Secondly, also because erotic and pornographic materials were found on the actor’s social network page with the participation of girls whose age is not obvious. Epifantsev’s followers on social networks include teenagers,” said an informed source.
Last year, a video went viral on the Internet in which Epifantsev dirty-molested women who, apparently, were extras. He persistently suggested to one of them to “f***”, and to the second, who wanted to take a selfie with him, to “suck ***”. The artist published these videos on his Instagram, which has now been deleted.

The actor himself claims that sex is very important to him, and this is one of the reasons why he keeps his body in good shape by regularly exercising and maintaining a strict diet, the details of which he does not disclose.

As Ruposters Life wrote earlier, the wife of the famous actor Vladimir Epifantsev has not lived under the same roof with him for more than a year. The reason for the couple’s separation was Epifantsev’s emotional instability and the desire of his wife Anastasia Vedenskaya to start life from scratch.

Updated 31/03/17 20:37:

The artist himself does not know what exactly Vladimir Epifantsev’s wife opened up about in her interview. “I live in my own world. I haven’t seen her interview. I don’t know what my wife said,” he admitted. However, in relation to a possible break with Anastasia Vedenskaya, he took an extremely tough position.

ON THE TOPIC

“She is very beautiful, smart and talented. I don’t care about the rest. If we talk about divorce, I will say this - every person has unsuccessful thoughts,” StarHit quotes Vladimir Epifantsev. The artist also shared his attitude towards life and the people around him.

"Most people are corpses; they can, of course, be revived, but it’s difficult. I look at them as children. The main position of adults is to remain in childhood, they wrap up a lot of things, but their brains are still there. I matured, but then I decided to go back down,” he explained.

An important part of an artist's life is social media, where he uploads his short videos. “I use all these resources for training. The same thing happened with participation in the “Secret to a Million” program - acting training. I’m not like that in life. I wanted to portray something different. Everyone cried. But I’m a cynical bastard. I don’t put people down “What,” Epifantsev admitted.

“Of course, it’s hard for them, since everything is different at school. I wouldn’t send them there. But Anastasia - good woman, she is afraid. And I myself always sat on the last desk and drew,” added Epifantsev.

Happiness is not being afraid to be a fool

  • My large family helps me regain my strength after a long day of filming. We talk, think, feed and increase each other’s energy. Thanks to this, I start to feel more energetic. Sleep also helps: after finishing another project, you just need to spend two or three days in bed - and everything gets better.
  • People often ask me why I swear. Well, I added a couple of curse words, why are they the only ones heard? But what about the ideas that I express? In fact, I say amazing things, I make discoveries no worse than Einstein. I have many theories that scientists have never even dreamed of. They have been talking about the same thing for twenty years, read from books, and every day I discover the world.
  • Happiness lies in freedom of thoughts. Don’t feel uncomfortable, don’t be afraid to be a fool when they call you that. Happiness is when you don’t run after the carousel, but sit down and start riding. Happiness is when you are independent of social instincts.
  • The main rule that guides me in raising my sons is no advice. Now Gordey is 13 years old, and Orpheus is 9. I think it’s too early to start resisting the system that is trying to fill their frontal lobes. In general, I try to talk less while they don’t understand anything and are under the influence public opinion, which seems more interesting than dad's thoughts. From the entire conversation, they remember a couple of words and phrases. The only thing is that I teach both to be open to the world. The rest of the heads are filled with mother.
  • By the way, I have never read a book; I look with contempt at what is written and sold. This is all business, fake, and has nothing to do with knowledge.

I need to be isolated

  • Despite being an actor, I very rarely watch movies. I usually give preference to Soviet or American black and white films. The painting that influenced me was “Un Chien Andalou” by Salvador Dali. Russian cinema is still in its infancy. It began and died out under the onslaught of Hollywood. In the 60s there was a naive attempt to create something, but nothing went anywhere. And all modern art is done for entertainment. There are only a few stylish directors, and they are all very dependent.
  • My favorites are Lynch, Shyamalan. Nowadays there are worthy film figures, but among those who are considered good, there are many bad ones. For example, Christopher Nolan is disgusting, he films just to squeeze the snot out of people. Yes, he has a style, signature techniques, but he doesn’t implement them as an artist, because he’s a coward and wants to be in the commercial circle.
  • Few people know that I have a lot of films, but no one has even seen them. I just don’t want to go to festivals, compete with someone, wait for recognition. Now I'm interested in just living.
  • If they asked who Vladimir Epifantsev was, he would answer - a pathetic actor, and a sick one at that. No explanation. People need to convey ideas using their own language. Some people look and see that he’s a good artist, and then they recognize the things I’m doing and begin to realize: I’m in over my head... And I need to be isolated. They just can’t understand me, it’s much easier to say that I’m sick.

  • For the role of a hockey player nicknamed Kylo in the STS series " New man“Learned to skate. As a child, I tried to stand on them a couple of times, but my legs hurt like hell. Over the years the situation has not changed. I never liked hockey, or football, or all this nonsense. In general, I consider sports a way to compensate for shortcomings and uncertainty. I don't like it when people try to assert themselves through physical strength. In principle, what is disgusting is that it imitates the animal world, where the main task is to show dominance.
  • Thanks to filming the film “New Man,” Maxim Vitorgan and Tatyana Arntgolts and I became friends, almost family. This always happens when I spend a lot of time with people. Every person who falls under my energy becomes my mirror image. I love both Tanya and Maxim, they are wonderful. It’s so interesting to watch when they come up with something funny or when they’re sad, and how they get out of this or that psychological situation.
  • I liked the role of Kylo because he was allowed to make a lot of faces, play the fool and not take many things seriously. That is, in principle, do what you like. Because it’s obvious: life is a game in which everyone pretends to be some kind of character, and sometimes even believes in the seriousness of their actions.
Epifantsev Vladimir Georgievich is a Russian theater and film actor, star of the TV series “Escape”, “It All Started in Harbin”, “Lucky”, the films “Genetarion P”, “Invincible”, “The Green Elephant” and many others.

Childhood and family

Epifantsev Vladimir was born in September 1971 in Moscow. His father is Georgy Epifantsev, an actor at the Moscow Art Theater, also known for his work in the films “Foma Gordeev” (1959), “Gloomy River” (1969), “Don’t Part With Your Loved Ones” (1979). The mother of the future actor, Tatyana Vasilievna Epifantseva, also devoted her life to the theater.

When Vladimir was born, his son Mikhail, born in 1968, was already growing up in the family. A little later, in 1974, the couple had a daughter, Natalya.

It is not surprising that Vladimir, who grew up in a creative atmosphere, decided to continue his father’s work. At the age of 5, he first appeared on the stage of the Moscow Art Theater in the cast of “Duck Hunt” and “Steelworkers”.

At school, Vladimir studied poorly, was an inveterate loser and a hooligan. After the ninth grade, he was transferred to a school for working youth. He worked in the workshops of the Moscow Art Theater.

Epifantsev family tragedy

The life ending of the head of the family turned into a tragedy. “Your beginning will be good, the middle will be stormy, and the end will be terrible!” they predicted for his hero in “The Gloomy River.” This remark turned out to be prophetic. In 1992, Georgy, having too much alcohol, crossed the railway tracks without noticing an approaching freight train.

An equally terrible fate befell Vladimir’s older brother. In his youth, Mikhail Epifantsev starred in the cult series “The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed” as a boy who was killed by bandits because he had seen too much. But his further acting career did not work out: he was not accepted into the theater, he had to serve in the army and work as a salesman. When it turned out that his son Petya was born with cerebral palsy due to a medical error, Mikhail’s wife left him. After this, alcohol and drugs appeared in his life. On November 9, 1998, he died - his heart stopped.

Georgy Epifantsev and his eldest son are buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery.

Vladimir Epifantsev in the theater

In 1990, Epifantsev, on his second attempt, entered the Shchukin Theater School, taking the course of Vladimir Ivanov.

As the actor’s mother recalled, the theater community did not accept him, since Vladimir was not afraid to violate established canons. For example, when he played in the course “The Seagull,” Vladimir Etush, who was present at the premiere, shouted indignantly: “Lower the curtain! A mockery of a classic!” and tried to expel the student Epifantsev, who was saved from relegation only by the intervention of his mentor.

After graduating from “Pike” in 1994, Vladimir entered the directing department of GITIS (workshop of Pyotr Fomenko). During the same period, he created the theater project “Prok-theater”, within the framework of which he gave free rein to his unusual vision of classical drama, staging many very unusual performances: “Jesus Cried”, “The Cut of the Shrew”, “Strike at a Textile Factory”, “The Jet” Blood", "Romeo and Juliet".

He soon became a prominent figure in Russian avant-garde art. Epifantsev the director was never boring for the audience, and Epifantsev the actor was called the best among the new generation. Epifantsev’s work could not be attributed to any specific branch of culture. His productions featured a radical, expressive avant-garde genre combined with harsh musical and noise accompaniment. His works were imbued with the philosophy of Antonin Artaud and the “theater of cruelty”, but at the same time critics found chastity and tragedy in his works.

It should be noted that Epifantsev performed as a soloist in “Caligula”, “Macbeth” and “The Seagull”, staged on the stage of the Theatre. Vakhtangov.

Vladimir Epifantsev on TV

In 1997-1998, Vladimir Epifantsev became the host of the author’s program “Drema” on channel TV-6. The show was conceived as a musical hit parade, but in the intervals Epifantsev also managed to show sketches a la “Prok Theater”. By the way, Anfisa Chekhova became his co-host, adding frank flavor to the program. Subsequently, he took part in the “Cultivator” and “Muzoboz” programs.

In the early 2000s, Epifantsev established himself as a music video director after working on music videos for Lyapis Trubetskoy and the group “Cockroaches”. His video parody of an advertisement for Tide washing powder is widely known, where instead of a smiling showman with a box of powder in his hands, Epifantsev ran up to passers-by with a chainsaw. The video became a real hit in the era of mobile phones with infrared ports - schoolchildren, students, and adults passed it on to each other.

Vladimir Epifantsev: Tide or beheading?

In 2008-2009, Vladimir Epifantsev participated in the Russian shows “Dancing with the Stars” and “King of the Ring”. In 2010, he became the host of the “Brilliant Detective” program on the Ren-TV channel. The show aired investigations of real crimes without embellishment and myths. In total, 18 episodes of the program were released.

Film career

Vladimir Epifantsev’s film debut was associated with Svetlana Baskova’s film “The Green Elephant”. The film in the trash genre introduced viewers to the conflict between two junior officers Russian army locked in a punishment cell. Epifantsev played a simple Russian man who is not interested in everything new, he is traditional and believes that everything goes on as usual. The neighbor of Epifantsev’s hero turned out to be the “traveling” officer, whose role was played by Sergei Pakhomov.

Vladimir Epifantsev about the film “The Green Elephant”

The director announced the deep anti-militarist message of the film, but in 1999 only a narrow circle of genre lovers could appreciate it. Sudden popularity covered “The Green Elephant” in the early 2010s, and the film, full of shocking content, instantly scattered into quotes. Among the mass audience, the film gained fame as the most vile film in history, and critics argued that “Elephant” should not be banned under any circumstances, because rarely anyone is able to watch even half of it.

A couple of years later, Epifantsev again starred in the arthouse directed by Baskova, “Five Bottles of Vodka,” the plot of which was based on the relationship between the management and employees of one of the Moscow bars.

Looking ahead, we note that in 2012 the tandem of Epifantsev and Pakhomov could again be seen in Baskova’s drama “For Marx” - about the conflict between the “new Russians” and ordinary workers after the collapse of the USSR. In comparison with the director’s previous works, the film lost its “arthouse” feel, but retained its acute social appeal and was enthusiastically received by critics.

I don’t want to pigeonhole Vladimir Epifantsev into the category of “action star,” but one cannot help but list a number of his roles in action-packed action films of domestic production: “Antikiller-2,” “Mama Don’t Cry-2,” “Mortal Contract,” “Dog Work,” “ Capture", "Flint", "Incorruptible". One of the actor’s most notable works for several years was the role of special agent Yegor Kremnev in the blockbuster “Invincible,” until his hero from the series “Escape” took over.

“Cinema in detail” with Vladimir Epifantsev

In Escape, Epifantsev played Kirill Panin, the older brother of Yuri Chursin's character. His character is in prison for the murder of a politician. The younger brother deliberately ends up in prison to arrange Kirill's escape.

Other memorable films with the participation of Vladimir Epifantsev include “It all started in Harbin” with Danila Kozlovsky and Anna Chipovskaya, where he played NKVD commissar Valentin Krakhmalnikov, as well as the drama “Home” with Sergei Garmash and Bogdan Stupka.

The actor is also well known to fans of Viktor Pelevin’s work - in 2011, a film adaptation of the mystical novel “Generation P” was released, where Epifantsev played the role of advertiser Vavilen Tatarsky.

Vladimir Epifantsev starred in the most high-profile domestic premiere of 2016 - the historical blockbuster "Viking", which tells about life path Prince Vladimir. Epifantsev got the role of the Varangian Fedor, who, according to legend, was the first Christian martyr in Rus'.
In mid-2016, the couple unexpectedly told others about the ins and outs of their relationship. It turned out that they had not lived together for more than a year. Soon Anastasia was caught in a relationship with dancer Dmitry Takshin. However, she was still legally married to Epifantsev. In October 2018, the couple began divorce proceedings. It turned out that by this time Anastasia and Vladimir had already been living separately for three years.

In the spring of 2017, Epifantsev’s name almost ended up at the epicenter of a scandal when 14-year-old Patimat from Dagestan, who had run away from her parents, was found in the actor’s studio in Moscow. It turned out that Vladimir corresponded with the girl through social networks, and when she found herself alone in an unfamiliar city, she did not think long and went to visit him. The actor himself was shocked by this act and called her parents

Vladimir Epifantsev now

In 2018, Epifantsev became the star of the comedy series “New Man.” Its hero is professional hockey player Alexander, who suddenly loses his favorite job for a whole year. Finding himself at the very bottom, he tries to return ex-wife(Tatyana Arntgolts) and daughter, but faces a rival (Maxim Vitorgan).

“I had a strong conviction: for a quiet family life I am not created, the role of husband and father does not suit me. But now I understand that I was wrong..." Photo: Mark Steinbock

Dad also wrote plays, staged them himself and played for several actors at once. And “The Gloomy River” is my favorite film, I know it by heart. It is generally iconic for our family. On the set of “The Gloomy River,” which took place in Sverdlovsk, my parents got married, and my mother became pregnant with Mishka there.

And they met literally a month before filming began. This was in 1967. Mom then studied at the Moscow Institute of Engineering and Economics and worked part-time as an extra. And on the set of the film “Anna Karenina”, the already famous actor and simply handsome Georgy Epifantsev sat down with her, who happened to be on the set by accident - he just stopped by to meet someone from the film crew. He began to compliment the girl and charm her. Mom said that love flared up between them instantly, at first sight. From that very meeting they never parted.

And my mother, without a second’s hesitation, went on a film expedition to pick up her lover. The parents lived in perfect harmony for 25 years. Even though my father drank heavily. Mom turned a blind eye to everything and forgave him everything. My father was an incredibly bright personality, very physically strong, resilient and... a convinced drunkard. I didn’t suffer at all from this and didn’t lose face. Dad died 14 years ago. Unexpectedly, absurdly, he was hit by a train...

- Vladimir, forgive me for the direct question: did you inherit a destructive passion for alcohol from your father?

Until the age of 15, I tried everything that probably every teenager should: vodka, industrial alcohol (barely managed, miraculously survived), drugs. But I quickly became disgusted with these dubious pleasures. It was not at all interesting to waste my life on such boredom. I got my drive from someone else: I was involved in sports or creativity - I was interested in painting, photography, composing “heavy” music and poetry. And I was just a fan of the theater.

- Has your love for the theater overpowered all your other hobbies?

Absolutely. I saw only one path - to a theater university. Therefore, after the school for working youth, where I completed my studies after the 8th grade secondary school After spending 2 years at a mechanical plant, I began to storm theater universities. Only nowhere did they dare to accept such an outcast like me into their ranks. At that time I was seriously into “heavy metal” and looked defiant: I had a braid down to my waist, wore metal rivets, collars, gloves, and massive chains. All these things were heavy, sharp, dangerous, and I was constantly taken to the police station. Of course, I didn’t wear all my uniform for the exams, but my appearance still had an intimidating effect on the members of the selection committee.

“Unlike my father, who graduated from school with a gold medal, I was considered an ignoramus, a complete failure, and barely made it to the 8th grade... At the same time, I saw only one path for myself - to a theater university in the footsteps of my father.” Photo: Mark Steinbock

The next year I made another attempt. This time all the metal was removed, leaving only the pigtail. I came to the Shchukin School and immediately left the audition. That same day I went to the hairdresser, got my hair cut, and the next morning I auditioned for another teacher. And he became a student at Shchuka. But my brother was never able to enter a theater university. Although I believe that he was very talented both as an actor and as an artist. (As a child, Misha acted in films: together with his father he played in the film “We Are Together, Mom”, and in the television series “The Meeting Place Cannot Be Changed” he played a small but memorable role for the audience as a boy - an accidental witness to a store robbery. - Ed.) In the late 80s - early 90s, Misha played almost all the main roles in the Albom theater-studio - performances were staged there by Ilya Shilovsky. As adults, my brother and I somehow grew apart from each other. We had different companies, different interests. He indulged in all sorts of rubbish and drugs. And one day... he suddenly died of heart failure. At 28 years old. Looking back, I really regret that when my brother needed it, I did not take part in his fate and could not help him. He himself was young, stupid, did not know how to navigate this life, he learned, you know, from his mistakes...

- By the way, how did you study at the Shchukin School? Is it really like in school, getting bad grades?

You offend. I got “excellent” marks in almost all subjects, I was only limping English language. Gnawing on theater science like a man possessed. I enthusiastically communicated with interesting people - aspiring actors, artists. The first phrase I heard within the walls of “Pike”: “Don’t try to do anything new. Everything was already here.” I didn't like it. I thought, “You're wrong. I wasn't here. And for 4 years, excuse me, you will have to endure my innovative themes and ideas.” In my 3rd year, I started going to international festivals with my first productions, and in my 4th year, in addition, I entered the directing department of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts, in the workshop of Pyotr Fomenko.
