Garlic - 1 clove;

Chop and fry the ribs in vegetable oil. Add chopped garlic. Mix tomato paste with vinegar and add to onion. Season with salt, honey, broth, mustard. Pour the mixture over the grilled ribs and marinate them for 30 minutes, then place the ribs on foil. They can be cooked either in the oven with the grill function (225 C) or on an open grill. Ingredients:

Pork ribs - 1 kg.

Adjika - 200 g.

Onions - 1-2 pcs.

Salt, sugar, spices - to taste.

Vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking method:

1. Place the ribs in a pan, add salt and season with spices.

2. Peel the onion, cut into half rings and add to the pork ribs.

1 kg of meat pork ribs, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup broth, 2 onions, 1~2 sour apples (Antonovka type), 1 cup heavy cream, 1.5~2 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper

Chop the ribs into portions.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil (ghee or vegetable) in a frying pan. (The fire should be maximum.)
Put honey. When the honey boils, place the first portion of ribs in a single layer.
Fry on all sides until a crust forms (0.5~1 min on each side).
Do the same with the second (and if possible, then with the third) portion of ribs.

There will be practically no honey left in the pan after frying, but a small amount of fat will melt, in which you need to lightly fry the finely chopped onion.
Place the fried ribs in a cast iron pot or saucepan and pour in the broth.

It is better to use meat or vegetable broth, but in extreme cases you can also use water.

Place the cast iron on low heat and cook under the lid at a low simmer until the meat is done (check readiness by piercing the meat with a fork or knife; the meat should become soft and easily separate from the bone).
During the stewing process (20~30 minutes after the start), add fried onions and finely chopped peeled apple to the cast iron. Salt and pepper.

The apple should dissolve in the sauce, but some varieties of apples are extremely resistant to heat, and in order to avoid catching large chunks of apples in the sauce later, it is better to immediately cut the apples into small cubes or cubes.

We take out the pork ribs one at a time, scraping a little of the ketchup and mayonnaise mixture off them with our fingers, and place them in a heated frying pan. Fry them, constantly turning them over, not letting them burn. Ribs that have taken on a golden-reddish color can be considered ready.

  • kefir – 100 ml;

  • white table wine – 50 ml;
  • water – 100 ml.

Place them in a deep cup, crush them with pepper and salt, pour over soy sauce and kefir, mix everything thoroughly with clean hands and refrigerate for one hour.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, pass the garlic through a press and combine everything into one plate. Place the soaked ribs in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. Fry them well over high heat, but constantly make sure they don’t burn and turn them over. Add onions and garlic to them, turn up the gas a little and fry until the onions are ready.   • salted soy sauce – 20 ml;
  • pepper - to taste;
  • barbecue seasoning – 3 teaspoons;
  • pomegranate juice – 20 ml;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • – 3-4 tbsp. spoons.

Preparation

We cut clean pork ribs, prepared for cooking, into thin pieces so that they are easier to fry. Place in a deep container, crush with pepper and barbecue seasoning, then the meat on the ribs will be more aromatic and really resemble the taste of barbecue. Pour salted soy into a bowl sauce, pomegranate juice, add honey and stir everything thoroughly. Pour the resulting marinade over the ribs and mix them to ensure even distribution. Set aside everything to marinate for three hours.
