And so, among my favorite recipes there is one incredibly tasty salad, which, in fact, is quite simple and quick to prepare. The most important thing is to organize the process and do preparatory work in advance. This applies primarily to products such as tongue and eggs.
As for the tongue, you can prepare a dish from pork or beef tongue, but it is important to take a good quality product that has not been frozen. We will cook it for quite a long time - about 1.5-2 hours, until it becomes soft and tender. To concentrate the flavor, you can add spices and seasonings to the broth during cooking.
We’ll also cook it the day before. chicken eggs hard-boiled so that you can just cut them.
Now, in fact, having such preparations, you can start working on creating a salad. This will take us a little time, because all that remains is the cutting and mixing stage.
Tongue and champignon salad is a complex dish in terms of components, since we use meat and vegetable products at the same time. But still, it's enough good combination boiled dietary tongue with chicken eggs and mushrooms, with fresh lettuce peppers, hot onions and spicy. Next, cut off the “butts” of the pickled cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices, and then carefully cut them into strips.




Now boil the chicken eggs hard for 8-10 minutes. Let them cool and finely cut into cubes or grind with a grater. This is not entirely important, we do what is more convenient.

In my version, pork will be used. In order to reduce the salad preparation time, the tongue should be cooked the day before. Cooking time is from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the tongue and the age of the animal.

This salad also uses suluguni cheese, which is not often found in salads. However, the cheese does add a certain salty note to the salad.

So, let's prepare all the products according to the list. Set the eggs to boil immediately.
