  • Crab sticks – 200 gr

Preparation:

1. First of all, cut the crab sticks into cubes and place them in the first layer on the unfolded pita bread. If you have a large one, divide by the size you need, I have 30*30 cm. Level them evenly around the entire perimeter. And pour a little mayonnaise on top, I make it into a mesh.

2. Top them with a second sheet of pita bread. Then lay out a layer of coarsely grated eggs. Also level and pour mayonnaise.

3. Place the lavash sheet back and cover it with a layer of grated cheese. Pour mayonnaise over it too.

4. Place the last pita bread. Greens, I have dill and parsley, finely chop and place on top. Once again, the last time, pour mayonnaise. All layers are ready.

5. Now wrap everything tightly in the sausage. Then wrap it in cling film so that it does not unfold and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

6. Once soaked, remove and cut into portions. This roll can be displayed on festive table, or you can treat yourself to it on a weekday.

Delicious lavash roll with crab sticks, melted cheese and egg

As promised above, I present another option with crab meat. Just as easy and fast to perform. You might like his name. For lubrication, I use soft cream cheese, such as Druzhba.

Ingredients:

  • Thin pita bread - 2 sheets (approximately 30*30 cm)
  • Crab sticks – 200 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Cucumber – 1 piece (long)
  • Processed cheese - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut crab sticks into small cubes. Boil the eggs in salted water and cool. Then peel and grate on a coarse grater. Do the same with the cucumber.

2. Place cling film on the table. Place a sheet of lavash on it. Spread melted cheese over it in a thin layer.

A silicone spatula will be an excellent assistant in this matter. It is very convenient to smear. If you don't have it yet, be sure to purchase it.

3. Place a layer of crab sticks on top of the cheese. Level them evenly over all surfaces. Then cover with a mesh of mayonnaise. And on top there is a layer of eggs.

4. Now cover the second pita bread and grease it with mayonnaise. Place cucumbers on it in a thin layer. It is better to use a fork so that the released cucumber juice does not get on our snack. If desired, you can add a little salt.

5. Carefully start rolling the roll from the long side. Then wrap it in cling film, on which you first placed the pita bread. If the sausage is too long, you can divide it in half and wrap it in film. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to soak.

6. When they are soaked, remove them from the refrigerator, remove the film and cut them into portions. Then place beautifully on a serving plate.

Recipe for a very tasty pita roll with red fish for the New Year 2019

Such rolls can hardly be called budget. But there is no shame in putting them on the festive table - they are beautiful, rich, and very tasty. Most often, salmon or trout are displayed on store shelves for the New Year. Yes, it doesn’t matter which red fish you choose. I usually take ready-made fillets in vacuum packaging, less fuss. When you prepare a lot of dishes for a holiday, you already have enough to do. I want to make more delicious things and surprise everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Lavash - 1 pack
  • Red fish – 150 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 100 gr
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. And so, let's dull it. Finely chop the dill. Finely cut the prepared salmon fillet (or trout, or other representative of the salmon family) into cubes. Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater (I don’t think I need to tell you how to boil and peel them). Mix everything in a deep bowl, as for a salad. Add ground pepper to your taste, mayonnaise and mix.

2. In principle, we have a ready-made salad, but we are moving on. Now take a sheet of pita bread and spread half of the prepared mixture evenly over its entire surface.

3. Next step. Cover the top with the second pita bread, and then spread the rest of the salad evenly over it. Then start rolling the roll along the long side.

4. Place it in the refrigerator for two hours to soak, then cut into portions. Now they can be displayed on the holiday table.

Festive roll with salmon and cheese in lavash

Let's look at another option. The roll turns out very tender. And, despite the fact that the composition of the products used for it is not large, it will look very rich. After all, what matters is what's inside.

For this we need:

  • Lightly salted salmon fillet – 250 g
  • Soft cream cheese – 200 gr
  • Pita
  • Dill greens

Preparation:

1. Grease a sheet of lavash with cream cheese. If necessary, trim the edges, although I usually don’t do this. Wrap it up later anyway. Cut the fish fillet into pieces and place in the next layer in three rows. Place small sprigs of dill along the edge and between the rows.

2. The second step is to simply wrap everything in a roll and wrap it in cling film. As already described above, put this sausage in the refrigerator for several hours.

3. It can be taken out of the refrigerator after two hours. This time is enough for it to soak. Free it from the film and cut into portions.

  • Boiled ham – 200 gr
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Salt, ground pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • Lavash (35*50 cm) – 1 piece
  • Crab sticks – 250 gr
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • Cucumber – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce leaves

Preparation:

1. According to this recipe, you need to place everything in one layer on a long pita bread. Tear the lettuce leaves into medium pieces. Grate the eggs on a coarse grater.   • Chicken fillet – 400 gr
  • Champignons – 400 gr
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Pita
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Raw egg - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the onion and champignons into small cubes. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onion until golden brown, then add the mushrooms and fry until all the moisture has evaporated. Salt and pepper them to taste.

2. Cut the chicken fillet into several pieces and place on a cutting board. Cover with cling film or plastic bag. Beat it off with a hammer.

  • half a lemon;

Finely chop the apples. Grate the lemon zest. Place the fruit pieces in the pan and add some water. Simmer for 5 minutes over moderate heat. Place the filling in a plate and let it cool.

Beat butter and egg. Add honey to apples. Spread a sheet of pita bread with egg and butter, put the filling on it and roll it into a roll. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut the pita bread into pieces.

  • 2 onions;
  • carrot;
  • 250 gr. fresh champignons;
  • ketchup;
  • green.

Fry diced onions, champignons, and carrots in a frying pan. Sprinkle the finished filling with herbs. Before adding the filling, wipe the pita bread with a mixture of ketchup and sour cream.

With mushrooms

Components:

  • 50 g champignons;
  • 200 g butter;
  • garlic clove;
  • hard cheese;
  • processed cheese with mushroom flavor;
  • salt and pepper.

  1. Rinse the greens under running water and chop finely.
  2. Cut the salmon into medium layers.
  3. Cut the ham into strips.
  4. Spread the pita bread on a flat, clean and dry surface. Spread a thin layer of melted cheese on it.
