The Dukan diet is the fruit of more than 30 years of experience of nutritionist Pierre Dukan. Its essence is a high-protein diet, which is divided into 4 stages: “Attack”, “Alternation” (“Cruise”), “Consolidation”, “Stabilization”. A nutrition system consisting primarily of protein products allows you to lose extra pounds and achieve stable weight in the future if you prepare food according to special recipes.

Preparation

  1. Grind the cottage cheese with wheat and oat bran, sugar substitute, baking powder.
  2. Whisk the egg whites in a dry bowl until foamy and carefully add to the curd mixture, stirring until smooth.
  3. Place the mixture in a frying pan lined with parchment and cook at 180°C for half an hour.

The readiness of the dish can be easily checked with a match: if it is easy to remove from the mass, the casserole is ready. Before serving, it is not forbidden to sprinkle the dish with cinnamon or cocoa. Curd casserole with Dukan bran eliminates the possibility of “breakdowns”, allowing you not to give up sweets even during a diet.

One and a half liters per day is the minimum amount of water consumed in the Dukan diet. It is important to remember that some medications (Naproxen, Tylenol) cause fluid retention in the body and, therefore, weight stagnation that is not associated with poor diet.

Dukan cottage cheese in the oven corresponds to the dietary diet due to the complete absence of oil and fat in the products. According to the Dukan diet, the dish can be safely consumed as breakfast or dessert with virtually no restrictions on serving size.

You will need:

  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • skim milk - 1 glass;
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 600 g;
  • sugar substitute - 8 tablets;
  • eggs - 2 pieces.

Preparation

  1. Grind the egg yolks separated from the whites with cottage cheese.
  2. Pour milk into the resulting mass and mix thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and bring the mixture until smooth.
  3. Beat the whites until a strong foam forms and, adding them to the curd mass, carefully mix the mixture.
  4. Place the dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper and cook it in the oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.

Dukan casserole in the oven turns out appetizing, tall, with a golden brown crust. To prepare a Dukan casserole in the microwave, bake the curd mass in a silicone or glass form at medium power for 10 minutes.

In a slow cooker

  2. Beat the yolks, milk, cottage cheese, sweetener with a blender until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  3. Beat the whites in a dry bowl until they reach peaks.
  4. Carefully fold the whites into the curd mass. Bake in a multicooker dish sprinkled with bran for 50 minutes in the “Baking” mode. Decorate the finished dish with coconut flakes.

When the Dukan diet is followed, cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker is prepared at the “Alternating” stage. The recipe is designed for cooking in the oven. You need to turn it on first and heat it up to 160 0C. Then take 5 eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the latter with 600 g of low-fat granular cottage cheese, vanilla on the tip of a knife and sweetener to your taste.

Use a fork so as not to lose the valuable structure of the curd. At the end, carefully mix the mixture with the whipped egg whites, pour the dough into a baking dish and place it in the oven for 45 minutes. The top should be browned but not burnt. If the crust is too baked and the center is raw, cover the pan with foil.

When the dish is ready, turn off the oven and let the casserole sit for about 10 minutes. Then wait until it cools down and start eating!

Some general information

The “Attack” phase does not allow you to go wild, so the methods for preparing cottage cheese casseroles are not surprising in their diversity. The main thing is that they are made without starch, flour and semolina. Instead, use oat, wheat, or buckwheat bran. Eggs - maximum 5 pieces, depends on the amount of cottage cheese. For half a kilo of low-fat cottage cheese you will need about 5-9 sweetener tablets, but there may be fewer.

The Dukan Diet allows you to consume baking powder or baking powder in moderation in the first days. Therefore, 1.5 tsp. You can add one of these ingredients to the mixture. You will need:

  • soft cottage cheese (0-1%) – 600 g;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • skimmed milk powder – 3 tbsp. l. (45 g);
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp. l. (40 g);
  • sweetener “Fitparad” - 11 g;
  • vanilla on the tip of a knife.

The cooking result depends on the quality of the cottage cheese. Give preference to cottage cheese with small grains. We do not recommend mixing it in a blender. It is important that it maintains its structure. The second component of success is well-beaten whites. They must be chilled. Choose clean, dry (!) dishes for them, preferably large ones.

When you separate the yolks, do not allow them to get into the whites. A small amount of salt will help achieve steep peaks. Then proceed according to general principle. Cook the mixture in the multicooker in the “Baking” mode for about 50 minutes.

The height of the product is about 3-4 cm. The structure is dense, cuts easily, and does not crumble. And if you sprinkle cinnamon on top or pour yogurt with sweetener on top, then the diet will become a real pleasure. A small amount of starch and milk powder does not allow you to eat the dish during the “Attack” phase, but when the alternation begins, you can pamper yourself a little. Just one bite and you will become a fan of this dish.

You can reduce the proportions to 300 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 30 g of milk powder and 30 g of corn starch. Bake for 40 minutes in a slow cooker.

  • dried fruits – 30 g;
  • coconut flakes – 25 g;
  • sugar substitute – 4-5 tablets;
  • milk – 110 ml;
  • medium egg – 4-5 pcs.

How to cook:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Beat the yolks with cottage cheese, sweetener and milk in a blender until smooth.

  • oat bran – 10-12 g;
  • baking powder – 2-3 g;
